Refund and Returns Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Wolfpack Sports Cards across all platforms, including the Wolfpack website, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, social media streams, and third-party sales channels. This includes Breaks, Sealed Surprise Products (also known as Mystery Packs, Wolf Packs, Hit Packs, Chase Packs, or similar curated items), merchandise, and digital content.

By purchasing from Wolfpack, you agree to this policy in full.


1. All Sales Are Final

This section defines what cannot be returned or refunded.

1.1. All Breaks, Sealed Surprise Products, curated packs, and similar items are final sale and non-refundable.

These products are opened live, curated manually, or involve randomized outcomes and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

1.2. Wolfpack does not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with card value, player selection, hit results, or market changes.

This includes injuries, trades, performance changes, or resale fluctuations.

1.3. Wolfpack does not accept returns for any product that has been opened, tampered with, resealed, or altered.

Broken or disturbed seals void eligibility for any return consideration.


2. Refunds for Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

These are the legitimate refund scenarios.

2.1. Refunds may be issued for accidental duplicate purchases or accidental double charges.

We verify all system errors and correct them promptly.

2.2. Refunds may be issued for major administrative errors acknowledged by Wolfpack.

Examples: incorrect product posted, incorrect pricing, wrong description that significantly alters the nature of the item.

2.3. Buyer mistakes—selecting the wrong team, misunderstanding a break format, duplicate purchases due to rushing, or accidental clicks—do not qualify for refunds.

All customer-initiated purchases are final.


3. Break-Related Refunds

Breaks have their own rules due to live opening and randomized outcomes.

3.1. Missing the live stream does not qualify for a refund.

Your cards are opened, recorded, and shipped regardless of whether you were present.

3.2. Technical issues—platform outages, lag, internet problems, audio/video sync issues, or website streaming errors—do not qualify for refunds.

Breaks continue even if viewers disconnect or cannot watch.

3.3. Break results cannot be undone, reversed, redone, or refunded after the product is opened.

Opening the product completes the transaction.


4. Sealed Surprise Products (Mystery Packs)

Curated and sealed products have unique final-sale conditions.

4.1. All Sealed Surprise Products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes all Mystery Packs, Wolf Packs, Hit Packs, and Chase Packs.

4.2. Refunds are only issued if the incorrect pack type, tier, or product is shipped.

We correct fulfillment mistakes.

4.3. Returned or corrected items must remain unopened and in original tamper-evident packaging.

Once opened, the claim is invalid.


5. Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

This section applies to apparel, accessories, and branded goods.

5.1. Merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective.

5.2. Customized or made-to-order merchandise is non-returnable.

This includes printed apparel or items tailored specifically to the customer.

5.3. Exchanges depend on inventory availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

This section covers product fulfillment issues.

6.1. Manufacturer defects in trading cards (print lines, centering, corners, surface marks) do not qualify as damage and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Such defects are common industry-wide and outside Wolfpack’s control.

6.2. If Wolfpack ships the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund once the error is verified.

We rely on order logs and packaging evidence.

6.3. Claims for incorrect shipments must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

After that timeframe, replacement inventory may no longer be available.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

This section covers shipping responsibility and risks.

7.1. Wolfpack is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” “In Transit,” or “Accepted.”

Responsibility transfers to the customer at the carrier scan.

7.2. Shipping insurance is offered as an optional add-on. Declining insurance means you accept all shipping-related risks.

Insurance claims must be submitted through the insurer.

7.3. Wolfpack does not refund or replace any items lost or damaged in transit if insurance was declined.

This applies to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and all other carriers.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

This protects the business from fraudulent claims.

8.1. Filing a chargeback due to dissatisfaction with break results or Sealed Surprise Product outcomes is considered fraudulent.

We provide evidence to the payment processor for all disputes.

8.2. Wolfpack may permanently ban customers who file fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue legal or financial recovery where applicable.

We take misuse seriously.

8.3. Customers must contact Wolfpack first before initiating a dispute.

Most issues can be resolved quickly without bank intervention.


9. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

This clarifies refund timing and method.

9.1. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

9.2. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.

We cannot redirect funds to alternate accounts.


10. Modifications to This Policy

This covers policy updates and customer responsibilities.

10.1. Wolfpack may update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without notice.

Updated policies supersede prior versions.

10.2. Continued purchasing indicates acceptance of the latest version.

Customers must review policies regularly.


11. Acceptance of This Policy

This confirms consent.

11.1. By purchasing any product from Wolfpack through any platform, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this Returns & Refunds Policy.
