By purchasing, opening, or participating in any Wolfpack Sports Cards Sealed Surprise Product, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not purchase or open any Sealed Surprise Product.
Applicability of These Terms
This clarifies that all curated products are covered by the same rules.
This policy applies to all Wolfpack-created sealed or curated products, including but not limited to Sealed Surprise Products, Mystery Packs, Mystery Boxes, Hit Packs, Chase Packs, Buyer Bonus Packs, and any product commonly known in the hobby as a “Repack.” All such products fall under the same Terms & Conditions regardless of naming, packaging, or tier.
This ensures that no matter what someone calls it — all the rules still apply.
1. Nature of Sealed Surprise Products
This explains what sealed surprise products are and what you’re buying.
1.1. A Sealed Surprise Product is a curated, professionally sealed collectible product created by Wolfpack Sports Cards.
This means we build it, seal it, and you don’t know the contents beforehand.
1.2. These products are not sealed by licensed manufacturers and are not factory products.
You’re buying a curated product, not a Topps/Panini/Fanatics box.
1.3. Wolfpack uses legally obtained cards acquired from shows, collections, hobby shops, and the secondary market.
Everything is sourced legitimately.
1.4. Any references to “hit,” “chase,” “floor,” or “ceiling” are descriptive only and not guarantees.
These are expectations — not promises.
2. No Guarantees of Value or Outcome
This covers value/EV expectations.
2.1. Card values can rise or fall, and Wolfpack does not guarantee resale value.
The market is unpredictable.
2.2. You may receive cards with a value higher or lower than the price you paid.
It’s part of the hobby.
2.3. Sealed Surprise Products are entertainment items, not investments.
No guaranteed profit.
2.4. Wolfpack is not responsible for perceived “bad packs” or low EV.
No refunds for cold boxes.
3. Transparency & Randomization
This section protects the integrity of the sealed product.
3.1. All Sealed Surprise Products are sealed before sale and not altered afterward.
We lock them in at build time.
3.2. Pack order (if applicable) may be randomized using fair methods.
If order matters, we randomize properly.
3.3. Wolfpack staff do not receive preferential products or insider knowledge.
Internal fairness guaranteed.
3.4. No customer may request inspection, weighing, or manipulation of sealed products.
Prevents tampering concerns.
4. Representations & Misinterpretations
This protects you from misunderstandings or false expectations.
4.1. Only written information on the listing or official Wolfpack channels is binding.
Nothing said verbally overrides written rules.
4.2. Assumptions, speculation, or rumors do not qualify as guarantees.
Only the text counts.
4.3. Wolfpack is not responsible for misunderstanding tier structures or chases.
Read the listing carefully.
5. Condition, Defects & Grading
This covers card quality issues.
5.1. Cards may contain manufacturer defects (print lines, dimples, edge wear).
We didn’t manufacture the cards — imperfections are normal.
5.2. No grading outcome is guaranteed (PSA, BGS, TAG, SGC).
Grading is subjective.
5.3. Wolfpack is not responsible for grading upcharges or submission outcomes.
We can’t predict graders.
5.4. Condition estimates are visual only and not professional grading guarantees.
We use our best judgment.
6. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
This protects against bad-faith refunds.
6.1. All Sealed Surprise Product sales are final.
Once purchased, it’s yours.
6.2. No refunds for player preference, card value, or market changes.
“I didn’t like my card” is not a refund reason.
6.3. Refunds only occur for duplicate charges or receiving the wrong product.
We fix legitimate errors.
6.4. Returned products must remain unopened and untampered.
Broken seal = no claim.
7. Tampering & Integrity
Protects you from repack-tampering claims.
7.1. Wolfpack uses tamper-evident packaging.
Seal breaks are obvious.
7.2. Claims require the original unopened packaging.
We must verify the seal.
7.3. Opened or tampered products cannot be refunded or replaced.
Once opened, it’s final.
8. Shipping & Lost Mail
This section covers logistics.
8.1. Wolfpack ships to the address provided at checkout.
You must ensure accuracy.
8.2. Once tracking is issued, the product is considered delivered to you.
Ownership transfers upon scan.
8.3. Wolfpack is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Carriers control this step.
8.4. You may purchase shipping insurance; declining it means you accept risk.
Protection is optional.
9. Live Opening / Stream Participation
This covers if the sealed product is opened live.
9.1. You consent to your product being opened live on stream if selected.
This includes your username on-screen.
9.2. You consent to Wolfpack using clips, images, or reactions for promotional content.
We may use footage for marketing.
9.3. Once opened live, results are final and cannot be changed.
No do-overs.
10. No Gambling or Wagering
This keeps Wolfpack compliant on all platforms.
10.1. Sealed Surprise Products are not gambling or games of chance.
You always receive a tangible product.
10.2. These products are collectible entertainment items.
You are not paying for odds.
10.3. No purchase is ever required for free giveaways.
Free giveaways remain fair.
11. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
This protects you from scammers.
11.1. Chargebacks based on dissatisfaction or low value constitute fraud.
Low-value pulls aren’t disputes.
11.2. Wolfpack may pursue action against fraudulent chargebacks.
We protect ourselves legally.
11.3. Customers must contact Wolfpack first for any payment issues.
We resolve real problems quickly.
12. Customer Conduct
This maintains a safe community.
12.1. Abusive or toxic behavior may lead to bans or refusal of service.
We protect the community.
12.2. Wolfpack may refuse service at its discretion.
Bad faith = no sale.
13. Inventory Errors & Substitutions
This covers mistakes in listings or quantities.
13.1. If a product is oversold or unavailable, Wolfpack may replace it or refund.
We always make it right.
13.2. Minor listing typos do not invalidate the sale.
Small mistakes happen.
14. Market Trend Liability
This protects you from value swings.
14.1. Wolfpack is not responsible for player injuries, trades, or market fluctuations.
We can’t control the market.
14.2. Sealed Surprise Products are not investments.
No expected return.
15. Disputes & Jurisdiction

15.1. Disputes follow California law (or your stated jurisdiction).
We operate under a defined legal framework.
15.2. Arbitration may be required.
Some disputes must be handled outside court.
15.3. Class action participation is waived.
