This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Wolfpack Sports Cards, including breaks, Sealed Surprise Products (mystery-style products), merchandise, and direct orders through the Wolfpack website and all associated sales channels. By purchasing from Wolfpack, you agree to the shipping terms below.
1. Processing Times
This section explains how long it takes us to get your order out the door.
1.1.
Break shipments typically ship out the next business day after the break concludes. This applies to breaks streamed on the Wolfpack website, TikTok, Whatnot, YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch, or any other platform. High-volume events or major release days may extend shipping to 2–3 business days.
1.2.
Sealed Surprise Products, website orders, and merchandise typically ship within 2–5 business days. Processing time may vary based on order volume and inventory movement.
1.3.
Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the manufacturer’s official release date. Delays from distributors, manufacturers, or logistics partners are outside Wolfpack’s control.
1.4.
Orders paid through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or other direct-pay platforms begin processing only after payment is fully confirmed.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
This explains how we ship and who we ship with.
2.1.
Wolfpack ships using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers, depending on order type, size, and value. The shipping method is selected at Wolfpack’s discretion unless otherwise stated on the product page.
2.2.
Break shipments may be sent in bubble mailers, team bags, toploaders, semi-rigids, or boxes depending on the number of cards and overall value.
2.3.
Wolfpack may upgrade or adjust shipping methods to better protect cards or improve delivery times.
3. Shipping Insurance
This covers what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
3.1.
Shipping insurance is optional and may be offered at checkout when available. If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
3.2.
Insurance covers only the declared value of the shipment, not the original break buy-in amount or expected resale value.
3.3.
If no insurance is purchased, Wolfpack is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages, or for carrier delays or weather-related issues.
3.4.
Insurance claims must be filed with the carrier or insurer. Wolfpack will assist with documentation but does not process or decide claim outcomes.
4. Delivery Confirmation & Transfer of Responsibility
This defines when responsibility shifts from us to you.
4.1.
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer once the carrier marks the package as “Accepted,” “In Transit,” or “Delivered.”
4.2.
Wolfpack does not replace or refund items after delivery confirmation unless shipping insurance was purchased and a claim is approved.
4.3.
Packages marked as delivered but missing from the delivery location (including mailboxes, porches, apartment lobbies, or parcel lockers) are considered delivered.
5. Break Shipping Rules
This section is specific to purchases made in live breaks.
5.1.
Most break shipments leave our facility the next business day after the break concludes. Breaks that end late at night will typically be shipped the following business day.
5.2.
High-value hits or large, multi-break orders may require extra packaging and security, and may ship within 2–3 business days for proper protection.
5.3.
Wolfpack may combine multiple break spots from the same buyer into a single shipment to reduce cost and improve card protection.
5.4.
Wolfpack is not responsible for viewers missing the live stream due to platform issues, connection problems, or schedule conflicts. Cards still ship based on official break results.
6. Address Accuracy
This covers mistakes with addresses.
6.1.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. This includes orders placed through the Wolfpack website, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, or any integrated sales platform.
6.2.
Wolfpack is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
6.3.
Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped. Address changes after purchase are not guaranteed and may not be possible.
7. International Shipping
This applies if and when we ship outside the United States.
7.1.
International shipping is only available where specifically offered by Wolfpack and may include additional shipping fees.
7.2.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country.
7.3.
Wolfpack is not responsible for customs delays, rejections, or returns caused by customs authorities.
7.4.
International orders that are refused, abandoned, or returned by customs are not eligible for refunds.
8. Combined Shipping
This section covers combining multiple orders into one shipment.
8.1.
Wolfpack may automatically combine multiple orders from the same buyer into a single shipment when possible.
8.2.
Buyers requesting manual combined shipping must contact Wolfpack before any of the related orders ship. Requests made after shipment cannot be honored.
8.3.
Combined shipping discounts are not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product listing or promotion.
9. Delivery Delays
This covers situations where carriers are running behind.
9.1.
Wolfpack is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather events, holidays, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside our control.
9.2.
Refunds are not offered for delayed shipments, regardless of shipping service level.
10. Damaged Items During Transit
This covers damage that occurs after the package has left our hands.
10.1.
Wolfpack is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit unless shipping insurance was purchased.
10.2.
If shipping insurance was purchased, the buyer must file a claim with the carrier or insurer. Wolfpack will provide proof of shipment and any needed documentation.
11. Pre-Orders & Release-Date Products
This applies to new releases and advance purchases.
11.1.
Pre-order products ship on or shortly after the manufacturer’s official release date.
11.2.
Delays from distributors, manufacturers, or logistics partners do not qualify for refunds, returns, or order cancellations.
11.3.
Release dates are subject to change without notice.
12. Payments Through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle & Direct-Pay Platforms
This ties direct-pay methods into shipping expectations.
12.1.
Orders paid through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or similar direct-pay platforms will only ship after Wolfpack confirms receipt of cleared funds.
12.2.
Wolfpack is not responsible for shipping delays caused by bank holds, payment review, or technical issues in third-party payment apps.
13. Modifications to This Policy
This allows us to update shipping terms as needed.
13.1.
Wolfpack may update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
13.2.
Continued purchasing from Wolfpack after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
14. Acceptance of This Policy
This confirms agreement.
14.1.
By purchasing from Wolfpack through any platform, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this Shipping Policy.
